I am burning just abour NO calories these days, unless walking to the bathroom counts?! Too much info! Anyways, you are so great- thank you so much for making something of that little study blog! I had great intentions for it, but like everything else in my life right now, it has been sacrificed. Good luck with staying slim! They add steroids in a few weeks to this pregnancy madness, so slimness is sooooooo far off my list these days or any days in the next year!
Okay, i recommend Julie Tupler "Lose your mummy tummy" or "Maternal Fitness" you can do them while you drive and they strengthen your back too . . . probably not what you wanted to hear but they will make you a more functional person and flatten your tummy and they are made for a post-partum woman's body. Many ab workouts just exacerbate the diastasis and that doesn't help any of us! blah blah--but you're gorgeous just the way you are so only do them if you want to. ; ) Lisa

I use them everyday in front of the TV as it fogs with the hot air of the pundits.
